NEGOTIATION MANAGEMENT

TITLE REVIEW/CLOSING SERVICES
- Assist Title and Escrow to coordinate Preliminary Title Report and Trust Deed of Sale for HOA purposes
- Coordinate and facilitate any escrow closing issues
- Review of the HUD 1 Settlement for accuracy and approval when authorized
REPORTING
- Provide up to date reporting via email, fax or web
- Inspection of property within 24 hrs, including photos
